Welcome to Leilmon, your personal citrus drink laboratory. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our app to craft, document, and save your custom citrus beverage recipes. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your unique drink concoctions and personal information, and we will only use your data as outlined in this policy.

This policy applies to all Leilmon services, including recipe creation tools, citrus category gallery organization, Zest Coin rewards program, and recipe card export features.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect data that is necessary to deliver and improve your Leilmon experience:

User-Generated Content: All content you create within the app, including ingredient photos, precise blend ratio records, step-by-step preparation notes, custom recipe card designs, and citrus category preference tags (e.g. lemon, yuzu, grapefruit)
Account Information (if you create an optional account): Username, email address, and profile details you choose to provide for cloud backup of your recipe library
Usage & Reward Data: Zest Coin earning and redemption history, recipe export requests, gallery browsing behavior, and feature interaction patterns
Device Permissions: Camera access (only if you grant it to photograph ingredients) and photo gallery access (only if you grant it to export recipe cards)

2. How We Use Your Information

All data we collect is used solely to support your drink crafting journey:

Generate, store, and organize your personal recipe library, sorted by citrus families per your preferences
Calculate and track your Zest Coin balance to unlock recipe card export functionality
Sync your recipe library across devices if you choose to use cloud backup
Improve app features, such as adding new citrus categories or optimizing recipe card design tools
Provide technical support if you encounter issues with the app

We will never use your private recipe content for marketing purposes, and we will never display your personal recipes to other users unless you explicitly choose to share them publicly.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for any reason. We will only share your data in the following limited circumstances:

With trusted service providers who support our app functionality (such as cloud hosting providers for optional recipe backup), who are bound by strict data protection obligations
When required to do so by applicable legal obligations, or to protect the security of our service, our users, or the general public

4. Zest Coins & Export Features

Our Zest Coin reward program and recipe export functionality have specific privacy protections:

Zest Coin transaction records are only stored to manage your available balance, and are never shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes
When you export a recipe card to your personal photo gallery, we do not retain a copy of the exported file on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save it to your cloud backup
We do not track or store copies of any recipe cards you share outside of the Leilmon app

5. Your Rights & Controls

You retain full control over your data at all times:

Access, edit, or delete any of your recipes, photos, and personal content directly within the app at any time
Request a full export of all your personal data stored by Leilmon
Delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time
Adjust or revoke camera and photo gallery permissions through your device settings
Choose to store all your recipe data locally on your device instead of syncing to our cloud servers

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including end-to-end encryption for cloud-synced recipes, secure data storage, and regular security audits. While we work hard to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect changes to our features or applicable requirements. We will notify you of any material changes via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Leilmon after the new policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
